General Fee Policies
1. All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Students must pay fees only through SRNCE’s authorized payment methods (cash/UPI/bank transfer/online portal) and always collect a valid receipt.
3. Partial or advance payments are not considered full payment unless cleared as per schedule.
4. The admission will be confirmed only after full payment of the prescribed fees.
Payment Deadlines
5. All fees must be paid within the due dates notified by SRNCE.
6. A late fee penalty will be charged if payment is delayed beyond the deadline.
7. If fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date, admission may be cancelled.
8. Students with pending dues will not be allowed to attend classes, exams, or training sessions.
Examination & Certificate
9. No student will be allowed to appear in examinations until all dues are cleared.
10. Certificates, mark sheets, ID cards, and other official documents will be issued only after full payment.
11. Students with outstanding balances are not eligible for placement assistance.
Fee Structure & Revision
12. SRNCE reserves the right to revise the fee structure without prior notice.
13. Any government taxes (GST or others) applicable will be borne by the student.
14. Fees once declared for a batch are valid only for that batch/session.
Admission & Cancellation
15. Admission will be automatically cancelled if false documents or misleading information is provided.
16. If a student withdraws voluntarily, no fee refund will be granted
17. In case of disciplinary action leading to expulsion, fees paid will not be refunded.
18. If a course is discontinued due to insufficient enrollment or administrative reasons, fees may be adjusted to another SRNCE course.
Scholarship & Discounts
19. Any scholarship or concession granted is a privilege and can be withdrawn if a student violates rules.
20. Fee discounts are applicable only if paid on time. Delay may cancel such benefits.
Miscellaneous Rules
21. Duplicate receipts/certificates will be issued only after paying the prescribed re-issue charges.
22. Students are responsible for checking fee notifications on the SRNCE website/notice board.
23. In case of a bank/payment failure, fees will be considered unpaid until cleared.
24. Parents/guardians are equally responsible for ensuring timely payment of fees.
25. All disputes related to fees will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court (Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh).
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Shri Ram Naresh Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. (SRNCE), its branches, franchisees, students, and parents/guardians. By enrolling in any course/program of SRNCE, you agree to abide by the following rules:
Admission is granted on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to availability of seats.
All information provided in the admission form must be true and correct. False details may lead to cancellation of admission.
SRNCE reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without assigning reasons.
Students must pay fees on or before the due date mentioned in the receipt.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under specific refund policy (if applicable).
Delay in payment may attract late fees or suspension of classes.
Exam fees, certification fees, and other charges (if any) are separate from tuition fees
No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.
In special cases (course not started/cancelled by SRNCE), 75% of the paid fee may be refunded.
Refund, if approved, will be processed within 30 working days.
Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect towards faculty and staff.
Misconduct, cheating in exams, damage to property, or use of abusive language may lead to suspension or expulsion.
Mobile phones must be on silent mode inside classrooms/labs.
Attendance of at least 75% is mandatory to appear for final exams.
Internal tests, assignments, and practical work are compulsory.
Certificates will be awarded only after successful completion of course, exams, and fee clearance.
Students must handle computers, furniture, and study materials with care.
Any damage to institute property will be recovered from the student.
Internet and lab facilities are provided strictly for educational purposes only.
All SRNCE branches/franchises operate under the guidelines of the head office.
Students enrolled at a franchise/branch will be governed by both local rules and SRNCE’s central policies.
All course material, logos, and certificates are the property of SRNCE. Unauthorized copying, use, or distribution is prohibited.
Certificates issued by SRNCE are valid only if signed and stamped by authorized persons.
SRNCE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of students.
SRNCE does not guarantee job placement; however, support and guidance may be provided as per availability.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh only.
