Payment Deadlines
SRNCE – Refund Policy
v Admission fees/registration charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
v Tuition/course fees are refundable only as per the timelines mentioned below.
v Refund requests must be made in written application with original receipt.
v All refunds (if approved) will be processed within 30 working days through official mode only.
v Refunds are issued only in the name of the student/guardian who made the payment.
v All fees must be paid within the due dates notified by SRNCE.
v A late fee penalty will be charged if payment is delayed beyond the deadline.
v If fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date, admission may be cancelled.
v Students with pending dues will not be allowed to attend classes, exams, or training sessions.
Course Withdrawal (Before Start of Classes)
v If a student cancels admission 7 days before the course start date, 80% of tuition fees will be refunded.
v If cancelled 3–6 days before the start date, 50% refund of tuition fees will be granted.
v If cancelled within 2 days of course start date, only 20% refund will be given.
v After commencement of classes, no tuition fee refund will be applicable.
Course Withdrawal (After Joining)
v If a student withdraws within first 7 days of joining, a maximum of 25% tuition fee may be refunded.
v After 7 days of joining, no refund will be allowed under any reason.
v Examination fees, ID card fees, and study material charges are non-refundable.
Course Cancellation by SRNCE
v If SRNCE cancels a course due to administrative reasons/insufficient enrolment, 100% tuition fees will be refunded.
v If a course batch is shifted to another schedule, students may either opt for refund or reschedule.
Scholarships & Discounts
v Fees paid under any scholarship, discount, or concession scheme are non-refundable.
v If a student violates conditions of a scholarship and admission is cancelled, no refund will be given.
Special Circumstances
v In case of serious illness/death of a student, partial refund may be considered (up to 50%), on management’s discretion.
v In case of transfer to another SRNCE branch, tuition fees may be adjusted instead of refund.
v Students leaving due to disciplinary action will not be eligible for any refund.
v If a student shifts to a higher/lower-level course, fee adjustment may be allowed instead of refund.
Examination & Certification
v Examination fees once paid are non-refundable, even if the student is absent.Certificate/mark sheet fees are also non-refundable once applied.
Processing Rules
v All refund claims must be submitted within 15 days of withdrawal; late claims will not be accepted.
v Refunds are subject to deduction of administrative charges (10% of fees) wherever applicable.
v All disputes regarding refunds will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court, Prayagraj (U.P.).
