Shri Ram Naresh Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. (SRNCE) strives to provide quality education and services with the utmost sincerity and professionalism. However, by enrolling at SRNCE, every student, parent/guardian, and franchise partner acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Policy – All admission, registration, examination, and other applicable fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly stated in SRNCE’s Refund Policy.
2. Fee Regulations – Students must adhere to the prescribed fee payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension from classes, examinations, or withholding of certificates.
3. Right to Revise – SRNCE reserves the right to revise courses, fee structures, rules, and policies at any time without prior notice.
4. Conduct & Discipline – Any misconduct, indiscipline, or breach of SRNCE rules may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.
5. Examination & Certification – Certificates, mark sheets, and other official documents will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.
6. Limitation of Liability – SRNCE shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications of courses/exams due to events beyond its control, including natural calamities, government orders, or technical failures.
7. Franchise & Partners – All SRNCE franchise centers operate under the guidelines of the head office. The head office is not responsible for any unauthorized commitments made by franchise centers outside prescribed policies.
8. Legal Jurisdiction – All disputes arising out of fees, admissions, or any other matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court, Prayagraj (U.P.).
